- Usage: Turnbuckles are used to easily increase or decrease tension between cables, chains and ropes. Turnbuckles help equalize the load and correct an off-center of gravity.
- Application Recommended Usage: Jaw to hook galvanized turnbuckle configuration allows a user to secure an approved rigging attachment to the jaw or by fitting the jaw over a pinned lifting lug. The hook allows for easy installation but is less secure due to the lack of a safety latch.
- Note: Jaw to Hook galvanized turnbuckles are made for straight or in-line applications only. Do not use for overhead lifting applications or exceed the working load limit.
