ACCUSATIONS OF HAZARD CHEMICAL USE
In response to the deceptive Democratic advertisement currently being run against Nick Fazzio and Joseph Fazzio, Inc., we would like to set the record straight.
Joseph Fazzio, Inc. takes pride in the fact that we are a very sought after company by insurance brokers and workers’ compensation insurance providers. We have an outstanding safety record because of our compliance with OSHA laws & regulations.
While painting the interior ceiling of a new facility under construction in the winter of 2010, an individual complaint was made regarding the strong smell of paint and for the safety of our employees. Upon receipt of the complaint notice from OSHA, we immediately responded. OSHA issued three requirements : (1) a written employee respiratory policy (2) a superior respiratory-fitted face mask and (3) a minimal fine of $4,650. All three requirements were completed and the matter was closed within 30 days.
This was an isolated issue for Joseph Fazzio, Inc. which has been in business for over 45 years.

NEGATIVE ADS and FALSE ACCUSATIONS
With regard to the so-called “racketeering and fraud” accusations, Nick Fazzio was sworn in to the Washington Township Council and on the first day of his appointment, he voted with the existing Democratic Controlled Council to terminate the employment of the existing Council Solicitor, Trimble & Armano, for past issues and future concerns. This triggered a lawsuit, filed by Trimble & Armano, against the voting Washington Township Council members - both Democrat & Republican.
The accusation of fraud against Nick Fazzio has NO merit or evidence and is being used to tarnish his good name.
INTERESTING QUOTES, FACTS & QUESTION
"It is disheartening that people whose unquenchable thirst for power and appointed funds, use tyranny and deception to manipulate the voter's conception of a given candidate."
Joseph P Fazzio
Our mothers, fathers and children cannot afford a government that is oblivious to the past and future problems that it is creating today.
The wrongful manifestation of any overfunded party in Southern New Jersey is certainly not what our forefathers had in mind.
According to a professional’s research, the current negative advertisements against Nick Fazzio are costing approximately $500,000 per week.
The question is – Why would any organization spend that kind of money to keep one candidate off the Board of Freeholders?
